Focus Alchemist is designed to help users stay focused and reduce distractions from other apps, games, and websites. Users can create focus sessions, configure allowed apps and websites, complete focus goals, earn virtual potions, cultivate virtual plants, and collect discoveries.

The App is designed so that focus-related data and game progress are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your focus history, whitelist selections, or game progress.

We do not collect, process, or transmit any personal information or user data to our servers or any third parties through the core functionality of the App. All user data remains exclusively on your device.

With your authorization, these technologies may allow the App to apply restrictions to apps, app categories, or websites during an active focus session.

We do not sell this information or use your Screen Time information to create advertising or marketing profiles.

Focus Alchemist allows you to select apps, app categories, or websites that may remain available during supported focus modes.

Your whitelist configuration is processed and stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the focus functionality you configure.

We do not upload your whitelist configuration to our servers, sell it, or use it for any purpose other than providing the requested focus functionality.

5. Focus Sessions and Strict Mode

Depending on the focus mode you select, Focus Alchemist may determine whether the conditions required for an active focus session have been maintained.

For example, certain modes may cause a focus session to fail if the App remains away from the foreground for longer than the permitted period.

Information about whether a focus session succeeds or fails is processed locally and is used to calculate your focus progress and in-app rewards.

We do not receive or store this focus-session information on our servers.

6. Device Orientation and Sensor Information

Certain features may use device sensor information to determine whether the device has been placed face down or is in another supported orientation.

This information is processed locally on your device only for the purpose of providing the relevant focus feature.

We do not upload device orientation or motion information to our servers or use it for any purpose other than providing the requested feature.

7. Virtual Rewards, Plants, and Game Progress

Focus Alchemist uses game-like features to encourage users to complete focus sessions.

Successful focus sessions may provide virtual rewards such as potions. These virtual items may be used to cultivate seeds, grow virtual plants and flowers, unlock discoveries, and complete collections within the App.

The App may request authorization to use Apple's Screen Time-related technologies in order to provide app and website restrictions, whitelist functionality, and focus modes.

You may decline or revoke applicable authorization through controls provided by iOS.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, Focus Alchemist may send notifications related to focus sessions, reminders, completed activities, or other relevant App events.

You can manage notification permissions through iOS Settings.

Motion and Device Sensors

When required by features such as face-down detection, Focus Alchemist may use device motion or orientation information.

This information is processed locally for the requested functionality and is not uploaded to our servers.

9. Data Sharing

We do not collect, sell, share, or transmit any locally stored Focus Alchemist data.

Core focus and game data described in this Privacy Policy remain exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties.

10. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Focus Alchemist's focus history, settings, whitelist configuration, virtual rewards, plant collection, and game progress are stored locally on your device.

This information may remain on your device until it is removed through App functionality, reset where such functionality is available, or the App is deleted, subject to Apple's operating system behavior and device backup mechanisms.

Because we do not store this information on our servers, we cannot remotely access, retrieve, restore, or delete it.

Focus Alchemist is designed to minimize data transmission and keep its core focus and game data exclusively on your device.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no electronic device, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Focus Alchemist does not knowingly collect any personal information from children through its core functionality.

The App does not require users to provide any personal information in order to use its core focus and game features.
